Winning tournaments is usually about winning flips at some point...and busting tournaments is what happens when those flips are lost. Ory Hen called the all-in of Stephen Ibrahim (the short stack at the time), but would see his 10♦ 10♣ lose to Ibrahim's A♣ J♠. After he shipped the chips to Ibrahim, Hen would be left with just ten big blinds.
Ory then went all-in with that short stack moments later, losing another flip to Francis Margaglione, as his 4♠ 4♣ fell to Margaglione's Q♥ J♥.
