Everyone returning was already in the money, with names like Marek Madro, Kevin Chan, Raminder Singh, Eric Brewster, Tom Gity, Daniel Pearlman, Joshua Hillock, and Marc Duquette, all adding major tournament cashes two their resumes. Alexander Perez started the day off strong, but would be eliminated on the final table bubble (by Chad Kastel), with Erik Nomberg holding a sizable chip lead over the final ten. Andre Bryan (10th place), Zachary Milchman (9th place), and Michael Kopjanski (8th place), all had dramatic eliminations, with players taking an unscheduled break after Kopjanski's exit. The tournament supervisor broke down all of the stacks, and gave the players their ICM numbers (by player's request), which were quickly agreed to (after short negotiation). Tournaments: It's another busy day at the Isle Casino Pompano Park, beginning at 10:00am, with an $80 No Limit Hold'em "Turbo" Satellite Into Event #5 (5 Seats GTD). The satellite is structured with starting stacks of 8,000 units, and levels that last (15) minutes. Registration is open through Level 10, as players battle it out for those $300 No Limit Hold'em 6-Max seats.
The event that those players are hoping to satellite into starts at 2:00pm, as the ever-popular $300 No Limit Hold'em 6-Max gets underway. The event is structured with 12,000 unit starting stacks, and levels that last (30) minutes. Registration is open through Level 8, allowing just over four hours for players to join the tournament's action.
The final tournament of the day is at 6:00pm, as players are sure show up strong for Event #6 of the Card Player Poker Tour, a $130 No Limit Hold'em ($20,000 GTD). The third event of the day is structured with 10,000 unit starting stacks, and levels that last (20) minutes. Those looking to enter the tournament late have until the beginning of Level 9 to join the action.
Promotions: Tuesday's promotions start with the every-popular Full House Early Bird, with the first (25) full houses awarded up to $60.
