Wednesday, December 11th: "Hump Day" Highlighted By Two Bounty Tournaments, And The "Turbo High Hands" That Open The Doors!!!

ICYMI: Tuesday's return to the recurring tournament schedule began at 11:00am, with a $120 Omaha 8B Hi/Lo ($2,000 GTD).  There is a very loyal following for this event, so it's no surprise that the posted guarantee was eclipsed, as registration closed with (32) entries.  The $2,400 prize pool was scheduled to be spread across five spots, but players ended up agreeing to a six-way deal (on the money bubble), with the official results listed below:

Another very popular tournament was in the 6:00pm time slot, with players showing up strong for the $130 No Limit Hold'em "Chip Buster" ($3,000 GTD).  The posted number was crushed, as registration for the tournament closed with (52) entries (and an official prize pool of $5,044).  Seven places were scheduled to get paid, and after three in-the-money eliminations, a chop was agreed to (with official results listed below):

Tournaments: Today's tournament schedule begins with a "new" event in the 11:00am time slot...a $60 No Limit Hold'em "Bounty" tournament ($10 bounties).  The tournament is structured with 12,000 unit starting stacks, (15) minute levels, and registration that is open through Level 10.

In the evening time slot (6:00pm), we see the return of the $125 No Limit Hold'em "Green Chip Bounty" event.  The tournament is structured with 18,000 unit starting stacks, (20) minute levels, and has registration open through Level 8.

Promotions: The doors open at 9:00am, with three hours of "Turbo High Hands," as $100 will be awarded every (10) minutes (rollovers apply).  The promotion runs from 9:00am-12:00pm, and has quickly become popular with the players (as the rollovers have seen some high hands reach the $1,000 mark!!!).

The standard high hand promotion then takes over, and runs from 12:00pm-12:00am.  Qualifying high hands will be awarded $300, given away every (30) minutes (no rollovers).  During that period, if the winning high hand is made using one card, a $150 prize will be awarded.  For those players playing in a tournament, winning high hands will be paid out $100.

From 12:00am-3:00am, $50 high hands will be awarded every (60) minutes.

11:00am - $60 No Limit Hold'em "Turbo Bounty" ($10 Bounties)
