Monday, January 25th: Baker Cooks The Field To Win Sunday's "Monster Stack," As We Reset The Week Once Again

ICYMI: Sunday's tournament action got underway at 3:00pm, with the $130 No Limit Hold'em "Monster Stack" ($3,000 GTD).  Even with it being "Championship Sunday," the players still showed up strong, as the tournament saw registration close with a total of (68) entries (and an official prize pool of $6,800).  A total of nine players would reach the money, with the results from the event listed below:

Tournaments: Monday is not only the start of the work week, but also the beginning of the gap between 

"Weekend Swings." We will look forward to this Thursday (which isn't that far away), as the "new" swing returns with the $150 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) on January 21st (at 6:00pm).

Promotions: It's the third week of the new year, and the "new" promotional schedule is growing in popularity.  From 11:00am (the minute the doors open) until 11:00pm, $300 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes.  These high hands must be aces-full or better, use both hole cards, and be the winning hand (in a pot that has at least $10).  From 11:00pm until close, $100 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes.
