Tuesday, July 26th: Lamarra Tops Monday's Three-Way Chop, With The Ever-Popular $80 No Limit Hold'em ($4,000 GTD) Making It's Return

ICYMI: Even though there may have been a "hangover" from Sunday's tournament, Monday's $250 No Limit Hold'em "Final Table Finish" ($20,000 GTD) still saw players show out in strong fashion.  The official field reached (96) entries, meaning the top nine players would earn their share of the $20,000 prize pool.  Action continued through the money bubble, and played down to a three-handed final table.  Frank Lamarra topped the three-way chop that was agreed upon, walking away with $5,311.  Official results from the event are listed below, along with an updated Player of the Month leaderboard:

Tournaments: Tuesday's tournament schedule now boasts the $80 No Limit Hold'em ($4,000 GTD)...a new event that replaces the $160 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD).  The cards get in the air at 6:00pm, with players sitting down to starting stacks of 12,000.  Levels will last (20) minutes throughout the evening, with registration open through Level 8 (and the break that follows).  At the end of registration, players will have the opportunity to add-on for $40 (receiving an additional 15,000 chips).






Promotions: From 9:00am (the minute the doors open) until 12:00pm, there is a new promotion in June, offering boosted Early Bird High Hands.  The high hand at the top of the hour (:00) will be awarded $599, while the high hands at the bottom of the hour (:30) will be awarded $300.  From 12:00pm until 11:00pm, $300 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes. These high hands must be aces-full or better, use both hole cards, and be the winning hand (in a pot that has at least $10).  From 11:00pm until close, $100 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes.

  • Players start with 12,000 in tournament chips
  • Levels will last (20) minutes 
  • Late and re-entries for the first (8) levels
  • Alternates and late entries will start with a full stack
  • Optional $40 add-on at the end of registration (15,000 chips)
