Thursday, October 14th: Weekly Tournament Leaderboard Up For Grabs Once Again, Kicking Off With Tonight's "Double Green Chip Bounty"

Wednesday, October 12th: Charlemagne Benjamin's Multi-Day Run Helps Secure Weekly Leaderboard Win, With A Day Off To Reset
ICYMI: Tuesday's $160 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) was an important tournament for a few reasons, but the fact that it was the deciding event for the second-ever Weekly Leaderboard, was the detail that made the event stand out. A total of (45) entries showed on the tournament clock (at registration's end), which equated to an official prize pool of $5,490. Two installments of a new tournament, and two guarantees surpassed...it's definitely a recipe for making sure the event sticks on the calendar. Of those entries, a total of nine players reached the money, with action playing down to an outright winner. Ian Cohen (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) walked away in first place, earning himself $2,197 (and 18.01 leaderboard points). While that wasn't enough to put him in the top two of the weekly leaderboard, Cohen is not in contention for the monthly running. Official results from the tournament are listed below, as well as a finalized Weekly Leaderboard and Player of the Month leaderboard:
- Ian Cohen (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) $2,197
- Kevin Dubrocq (Hialeah, FL) $988
- Adam Mammon (Lauderhill, FL) $549

- David Coughlin (Lighthouse Point, FL) $329
- Martin Borras (Sunny Isles, FL) $165
- David Solov (Pompano Beach, FL) $165
Promotions: From 10:00am (the minute the doors open) until 11:00pm, $300 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes. These high hands must be aces-full or better, use both hole cards, and be the winning hand (in a pot that has at least $10). From 11:00pm until close, $100 high hands will be awarded every (30) minutes.

Wednesday, October 6th: First Weekly Leaderboard Results Official, With Jonathan Marcu Pacing The Field!!
ICYMI: Tuesday's $160 No Limit Hold'em ($5,000 GTD) was the first ever installment of the event, and gave players a "final" chance to make movement on the Weekly Leaderboard. With less than one point distancing first from second on the leaderboard, any results from players in the top five could mean shifts in power. The tournament ended up attracting a total of (56) entries, which equated to an official prize pool of $6,832. The top nine players were scheduled to reach the money, with action playing through the money bubble, and down to a three-handed final table. The final three agreed to a deal, with Omar Sader taking home first place money ($1,650). Lisa Teebagy and Jonathan Marcu rounded out the trio, with Marcu's result helping him take home first place in the inaugural Weekly Leaderboard. Tuesday, October 5th: "Final Table Finish" Ends In Eleven-Way Even Chop, Tournament Schedule Gets A New Addition!!!
ICYMI: The $250 No Limit Hold'em "Final Table Finish" ($10,000 GTD) is known for it's incredible structure and payouts, and now has another "claim to fame." Last night's installment became the first to end in an eleven-way (even) chop. It's difficult enough to get eleven people to all agree on the same thing, especially when it comes to money, and potential payouts from a poker tournament. The event attracted a total of (179) entries, and had an official prize pool of $37,232. The top nine places were scheduled to reach the money, but as the field approached the money bubble, those remaining agreed to an even deal. Everyone walked away with $3,385 or $3,384, and 16.27 leaderboard points. Official results from the tournament are listed below:

ICYMI: One thing that separates the good from the great, is the ability to perform when expected to (or when all of the chips are on the table, to use a good poker saying).
