Event 2 (Day 2): Touchette Outflops Alik To Win Huge Pot

Event 2 ($360 No Limit Hold'em $100,000 GTD)
Level 16 (Blinds 2,000/4,000/500)
Total Entries: 583
Players Remaining: 58
Chip Average: 200,000

Alik Sitnyakovsky was just eliminated a few spots from the money, taken out at the hands of Andrew Touchette.  Touchette opened to 8,500, with Alik three-betting to 20,000.  Touchette called and the two saw a flop of J 3♠ 5♠, with Andrew checking to Alik, who would bet 18,000.  Touchette then check-raised to 45,700, and after cutting out some chips, Alik three-bet to 100,000.  Andrew then announced himself all-in (having Alik covered), and Sitnyakovsky was left with a decision for his tournament on the bubble.

Alik made the call, and wasn't happy when Touchette turned over 3 3♣ (bottom set), tossing his A A on the table in disgust.  The turn and river would bring no help to Alik, and he would be eliminated.  Touchette is now up to 410,000, and definitely someone to watch as we reach the money.
