The remaining Day 1A players are currently finishing up with their bagging process, and will take a few days off from this event, before returning Sunday for Day 2.  Over (30) players are left from the field of (106) entries, including notables like Ryan Van Sanford, Rafael Reis, Darryl Fish, TJ Shulman, and Alex Nguyen (just to name a few).

The tournament staff will verify all of the bags and chip counts, with an official "End Of Day 1A" list of chip counts to be posted here on the blog in just over an hour.  It was a great start to the highlighting event of the 2017 Battles Of The Beach series, with over $143,100 towards the prize pool, this is shaping up to be another special event.  Live blogged coverage will return for tomorrow's Day 1B, beginning at 12:00pm, and running through the conclusion of the flight.
