Dimitry Agrachov (Weston, FL) was one of the top stacks in Event 8 with five tables remaining, and looked to be poised to make a super deep run...that was until he got tangled with Joshua Beckley. The two players got into a little "raising war" pre-flop, with Agrachov eventually five-bet shoving for close to (60) big blinds. Agrachov's would run A Q into Beckley's A A, and left himself with dust after losing the hand. Dimitry ended up getting eliminated in 48th place ($1,087), and while he may have replayed the hand in his head after the fact, he's back in action and leading this Main Event flight.
Agrachov is the only player to have eclipsed the century mark, and sits with just over 115,000 in front of him. This isn't the first time we've seen Dimitry get off to a hot start, as he led the Event 8 (Flight 1C) field at the same point in the day, and ended up finishing with the fifth largest stack.
