AJ Gambino (Royersford, PA), who was not pictured, was the shortest of the three stacks returning from break.  Only a few hands in, Gambino would shove over an open from Ian O'Hara, with his all-in called.  AJ was behind, holding 10♥ 8♥ against Ian's A♠ J♦, and would be drawing thin after the an A♥ 7♠ 7♣ flop.  Gambino would be drawing dead on the turn, and would end up finishing in third place ($17,250).
The two players are taking a short break before heads-up play, with a discussion of chop going on at the moment.  That discussion lasted only a few minutes, with players deciding to continue on without a deal.  Posted below are the heads-up chip counts:
Ian O'Hara - 5,000,000
Joshua Hillock - 2,500,000
