Newman and Aron would toss in the extra 20,000 each, and then check the K♥ 9♥ 5♦ flop. After the J♥ on the turn, Newman would check once more, with Aron betting 100,000. Michael folded, and once the hands were tabled, Ruberto would see that he was drawing dead. Aron had turned a straight with Q♠ 10♠, leaving Ruberto's A♣ 4♠ with no outs to win.
