Marshall White (Garner, NC) needed just over an hour to put himself in the chip lead, almost tripling his Day 2 starting stack over the first level of the day. |
Marshall White (Garner, NC) showed up yesterday afternoon with friend, and fellow tournament poker player, Justin Harvell. While Marshall had been to the poker room before, this was his first ever major event played at the Isle Poker Room, and he made the best of the opening flight. White ended up bagging 124,700 at the end of yesterday's action, but has since increased his Day 2 starting stack to 345,000.
White has been the biggest mover to this point, vaulting himself to the top of the leaderboard. Marshall's original Day 2 table broke just moments ago, now finding himself at Table 7, with the likes of Loni Harwood, Ruslan Dyshteyn, Brandon Ageloff, Doran Malinasky, and Jordan Meltzer.
Marshall White - 345,000 (172bb)
