CPPT Main Event (Flight 1A): Matt Bretzfield Running Pure, And Looking To Capitalize On It

2018 Card Player Poker Tour (Isle Casino Pompano Park)
Event #8 | $1,100 No Limit Hold'em ($250,000 GTD)
Level 6 (Blinds 300/500/500)
Total Event #8 Entries: 42

Matt Bretzfield (Kings Park, NY) is looking to make it three final tables in three weeks, with aspirations to best his second place finish from Event #1 of this series.

With the (40) minute levels, and 30,000 unit starting stack, it's no surprise that we are seeing players trickle in on the "later side."  One of the most recent entries was Matt Bretzfield (Kings Park, NY), who is coming off a two week span, in which he's made over $100,000 (between tournament cashes, and cash game play).  After final tabling the $5,250 NLH SHRPO Championship Event for $62,415, Matt was part of the severn-way chop that ended Event #1 of this series (second place money worth $22,374).

If those results weren't good enough, Bretzfield ended up winning close to $40,000 playing PLO last night, and is now in the Flight 1A field, after a good night's sleep.  Some other late entries to today's Flight 1A field include:

Raminder Singh
Matt Smith
Michael Chiappetta
