The cards are back in the air for Level 9 of Flight 1A, with registration now officially closed.  The opening flight of Event #1 ($200 No Limit Hold'em $100,000 GTD) closed with a total of (73) entries, of which (31) currently remain.  The official prize fund from the flight is $11,534, which is a great number to start the tournament with.  Considering the trend of growing fields towards the weekend, we are looking at an official prize pool that is going to crush the number.  The flight is scheduled to play through the conclusion of Level 16, or until the 10% mark (which for this flight, is eight players).  The first look at updated chip counts from the field will be posted in less than thirty minutes.
