Isle Open Event #1 (Flight 1C): Second Full Day Of Event #1 Action, As A New Group Looks To Bag Chips For Day 2

2018 Isle Open | Event #1
$200 No Limit Hold'em ($100,000 GTD)
Level 1 (Blinds 100/100)
Total Flight 1C Entries: 20

After a super successful opening pair of Event #1 ($200 No Limit Hold'em $100,000 GTD) flights, the cards are in the air for Flight 1C.  There was a combined total of (174) entries over the course of the day, equating to a prize fund of $27,492.  Yesterday's numbers set a pace that's not only going to eclipse the guarantee...but breeze by it, while it waves in the rear-view mirror.

Twenty players were successful in bagging chips for Sunday's Day 2, led by Harry Silver (325,000) in Flight 1A, and Lloyd Gunther (413,500) in Flight 1B.  Numerous notables have their tickets punched for Day 2 as well, including Allan Bieler (265,000), Joseph Ritzie (181,000), Raminder Singh (169,500), and Andres Morales (74,000).  A full list of official chip counts from the opening pair of Event #1 flights, will be posted during Level 2.

Today's schedule sees the second pair of opening flights for Event #1, with their structures mirroring that of yesterday. These opening flights are structured with 20,000 unit starting stacks, and levels that last (30) minutes throughout (and will continue to be 30 minutes through Day 2, and the conclusion of the tournament).  Registration is open through Level 8, allowing players to enter today's Flight 1C until approximately 3:20pm.

For those interesting in joining the action for a fraction (of the price), there is a $50 No Limit Hold'em Satellite Into Event #1, which begins at 2:00pm (and offers a five seat guarantee).
