Isle Open Event #6 (Flight 1A): Harry O'Brien With A Commanding Chip Lead, Looking To Back Up That WSOPC Score

2018 Isle Open | Event #6
$360 No Limit Hold'em ($100,000 GTD)
Level 10 (Blinds 600/1,200/1,200)
Total Flight 1A Entries: 42
Flight 1A Players Remaining: 15

Harry O'Brien jumped on the scene with a six-figure score to start his tournament career, and now hopes to back that up with an Event #6 result.

In a field of this size, with just over 1,000,000 total chips in play, you would expect to see any massive stacks this early in the flight (just as the bagging process is reached).  Harry O'Brien is defying the probabilities, by currently holding close to 20% of the chips in play.  O'Brien in now close to two months removed from his WSOP Circuit score, when he finished third in the $1,700 No Limit Hold'em Main Event ($101,219).  The result was just O'Brien's second career, making the run even more impressive.  Harry hopes to show that he's not a "one-hit wonder," and with this start, one would have to believe he's got the chops to go deep again.

Harry O'Brien - 185,000 (154bb)
