Isle Poker Classic Event #1 (Flight 1E): Karin Powsner Brimming With Confidence, Just A Week Removed From Tournament Win

2018 Isle Poker Classic (Event #1)
$200 No Limit Hold'em "Monster Stack"
$100,000 GTD
Level 5 (Blinds 200/400/400)
Total Flight 1E Entries: 106

Kari Powsner (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) is in good tournament poker form, taking down a recurring event just over one week ago (here at the Isle Poker Room).

The Flight 1E field is now back from their first break of the day, with a pace of entry we have yet to see this week.  Level 5 resumed with (106) entries in the field, and with a full four levels of registration remaining, it's safe to say that this flight will be the largest of those to have been played.  One of the first notables we spotted in the fieldwas Karin Powsner (Ft. Lauderdale, FL), who is just a week removed from her last Isle Poker tournament win.  Last Monday, Karin took home first place money, in a chop that ended the 11:00am $150 No Limit Hold'em ($8,000 GTD).  She would receive $1,974 in the four-way deal, which brings her lifetime earnings above the $75,000 mark.

Powsner headlines the first group of notables in this field, joining the likes of:

Roy Cohen
Tim Shane
David Poces
David Albertson
William Smith
Michael Newman
Gary Fitzgerald
Joseph Mancuso
Marc Sacheli
Fedner Oralien
