Sunday, December 20th: Saturday Night Fever...Another Great Weekend Turnout, With "Monster Stack" On Today's Schedule

ICYMI: Saturday night's tournament action got underway at 6:00pm, with a $100 No Limit Hold'em ($3,000 GTD).  The event's registration stayed open through Level 8, and when the cards got in the air for Level 9, the tournament clock showed a total of (98) entries.  A total of (13) players were scheduled to earn a share of the prize pool, and once the money bubble burst, action played down to the point when things were three-handed.  Darkham Botabayev (Sunny Isles, FL) took home first place money in the chop, with the official results listed below:

Tournaments: Sunday's tournament got a boost this month, as the $130 No Limit Hold'em event added a $3,000 guarantee!!! Things get underway at 3:00pm, and with this addition of posted money, today's crowd should be a strong one.  The event is structured with 20,000 unit starting stacks, (20) minute levels, and has registration through Level 8 (and the break that follows).

Promotions: The poker room doors open at 11:00am, with the high hand being awarded every (30) minutes.  The qualifying high hand for each half-hour will be awarded $100, with the promotion transitioning at 2:00pm.  From 2:00pm to 10:00pm, the high hand grows to $300, also awarded every (30) minutes (rollovers do not apply).

• Late and re-entries for the first (8) levels
• Alternates and late entries will start with a full stack
