FSPC Event #1 (Flight 1G): Rudy Miret Has Visions Of Another Deep Run In A $175 NLH Multi

2018 Florida State Poker Championship
Event #1 | $175 No Limit Hold'em | $100,000 GTD
Level 5 (Blinds 300/500/500)
Total Flight 1G Entries: 145

Rudy Miret (Pembroke Pines, FL) has crushed these $175 NLH multis as of late (in both April and June), and hopes to continue the trend this afternoon.

Just over a month ago, Rudy Miret (Pembroke Pines, FL) was beginning what would turn into a super deep run in the $175 No Limit Hold'em ($100,000 GTD) multi that ran the first week of June.  He would best (644) entries to reach the final six, at which point a deal was made.  Miret was the shortest of stacks at the time of the ICM chop, and benefited greatly, with a sixth place share of $5,000.  The deal came just two months after his breakout score, when Rudy chopped the $175 NLH multi that ran in April (4th place for $10,559).  To say that Miret likes the $175 NLH multi would be an understatement, as he's made $15,559 of his $20,133 lifetime earnings in this particular tournament structure.  Any plans of another deep run start with finding a bag, which Miret is currently tasked with.

Before we shift focus to the action at the tables, we need to continue the long list of notables in the Flight 1G field:

Lisa Teebagy
Michael Tait
Andrew Daire
David Poces
Joshua Wasserman
Eddie Uehara
Bill Farnan
David Shaw
