This afternoon's flight is on the same pace as yesterday, but we do expect to see today's numbers eclipse that of Flight 1A. One difference in today's field is the group of new faces across the tournament area, including that of John Magnetta (Boynton Beach, FL). Blog followers may remember Magnetta from last month's $360 No Limit Hold'em ($50,000 GTD). The ever-animated Magnetta reached the final table, and used the chip lead to grab first place money, in a three-way deal that ended the event. The result was worth $12,455, and happened to be the second in a trio a straight tournament wins for John. The $360 No Limit Hold'em win was sandwiched between two "Double Green Chip Bounty" wins, with the first of the $175 price point, and the second of the $150 version. Magnetta's lifetime earnings are now over $246,000, and as long as he's in the field, we can count on some loud "BOOMS," and at-the-table dancing.
