Unable to make the satellite earlier this morning, Philip Consolo (Aventura, FL) bought directly into Day 1A, sitting down at Table 10 moments ago.

From the moment Philip Consolo (Aventura, FL) cashed in his first tournament this year, it was evident that 2018 was going to be a special year for him.  In January, Philip reached the final table of Event #23 during the Lucky Hearts Poker Open, which was a $5,000 No Limit Hold'em tournament.  He'd end up finishing in 5th place for $29,455, which was not only his career best tournament cash, but almost matched some of his prior best year's results.  

Consolo has since recorded eleven results, including two final tables during the Isle Open (October).  His cashes in Event #1 and Event #6 of the series were both 6th place finishes, totaling a combined $17,349.  The three headlining cashes mentioned have made 2018 the most successful year of tournaments for Philip, with $58,234 in earnings.  He just took his seat in Day 1A of this Isle Poker Classic Main Event, hoping to bookend the year with healthy five-figure scores.
