2017 Isle Classic | Event #10

Level 26 (Blinds 20,000/40,000/4,000)
Total Event #10 Entries: 679
Event #10 Players Remaining: 9

Lester Trimino (Miami, FL) earns the third largest cash of his career ($3,275) with this final table finish, bringing his lifetime earnings over $24,000.

Mitchell Smith came into the final table in shove mode, and would double through Stewart Newman just a few hands in.  Now while he secured the double-up, Smith was well below average, and didn't have a stack with much fold equity.  With action folding around to Mitchell on the button, he would shove for close to 700,000, getting called by Lester Trimino (Miami, FL).  Trimino woke up with J J♠ in the big blind, up against Mitchell's K♣ Q♣.  The dealer fanned out a flop of J♣ 10♣ 6♣, giving Mitchell a flush, and Trimino top set.  The turn and river would not pair the board, and Trimino would be left with less than ten big blinds.  Lester was eliminated shortly thereafter, becoming the first final table casualty.
