Isle Classic Event #10 (Day 2): The Short Stacks Having A Problem Doubling, Underdown Out on 6th Place ($7,845)

2017 Isle Classic | Event #10
$360 No Limit Hold'em ($200,000 GTD)
Level 28 (Blinds 30,000/60,000/5,000)
Total Event #10 Entries: 679
Event #10 Players Remaining: 5

William Underdown (Deerfield Beach, FL) earned his largest score since April of this year, when he was part of a chop that ended the "April $100,000" ($360 No Limit Hold'em).

William Underdown was left in the unenviable spot of being the shortest stack, which wasn't a good spot to be at this particular final table.  When action folded to him, William shoved for just over (13) big blinds, and would be called by Jason Holzberg (who was in the big blind).  Underdown was behind, holding A♠ 7 against the A♣ K of Holzberg, with the dealer fanning out a flop of 5♣ 6♠ 9.  Underdown added outs to a straight, but would miss on the turn and river, exiting the final table in sixth place ($7,845).

After William's elimination, the remaining five players began discussing an ICM chop once again.
