2017 Florida State Poker Championships
Event 1 - $175 No Limit Hold'em ($100,000 GTD)
Level 15 (Blinds 1,500/3,000/500)
Total Event 1 Entries: 1,594
Players Remaining: 216/1,594
The tournament clock has been turned back to Level 15 (4:21 remaining), which is the earliest point that one of the starting flights had stopped (Flight 1B). Players have been unpacking their bags for the last (5-10) minutes, preparing of the start of play at 12:00pm. The "action" gets started right away, as the field returns only (16) eliminations away from the money. The top (200) players reach the money in this event, with a min-cash worth $219, and a $35,306 prize up top.
Once the level transitions for the first time of the afternoon, blinds will be going up to 2,000/4,000/500, and a group of players will be sitting on stack of ten big blinds or less. The money should be reached within the first (20-30) minutes of the day, and will be the focus of our first update from the field. Once the field is in the money, coverage will continue with all of the payouts (by pay jump), updated chip counts, and hand histories. The first FSPC champion will be crowned this evening, and you can follow of the action here on the Isle Casino Poker Blog.
