At the end of this level, players will be heading on their second break of the day, and will return to Level 9 after ten minutes away from the table (400/800/100). Roy Cohen (Boca Raton, FL) is the first player in the flight to "get it going," already over 130,000. Cohen is the first player to eclipse the century mark, which is already four times the current chip average (29,400). Roy is coming off a deep run in last week's "August $150,000," when he finished in sixteenth place for $2,338.
Once action resume, a first look at updated chip counts will be posted, as well as a look at the official numbers for this second to last flight of the tournament. Players who are still looking to find a bag for tomorrow's Day 2, have only this evening's flight to try and do that (Flight 1H - 6:00pm).
