"November $200,000" (Day 2): Top Stacks Coming Into Day 2 Going In Different Directions

"November $200,000"
$360 No Limit Hold'em | $200,000 GTD
Level 17 (Blinds 2,500/5,000/500)
Total Entries: 624
Players Remaining: 70

Bryce McVay (Jupiter, FL) cracks a smile after adding to what is now a top stack in the Day 2 field.

As the field reaches the money bubble, this would usually be a time where the larger stacks look to pressure those that are short around them.  At Table 1, it would be two players who came into the day in the top ten battling it out, as Bryce McVay and Scott Levitt were tangled in a hand.  The players would be heads up on the river, with a board that read A♠ 4♣ 6 3 A♣.  With over 125,000 in the pot, McVay would check to Levitt, who took a good while before deciding to check back.  Bryce would table A Q♠, generating a shake of the head from Levitt, who tossed his hand into the muck.  Bryce chipped up to 500,000 with the pot, after starting the day with 234,000.  On the other side of the hand, Scott Levitt dropped down below 100,000, after resuming play today with 260,000.

Bryce McVay - 515,000 (103bb)
Scott Levitt - 96,000 (19bb)
