FSPC Event #9 (Flight 1D): Isaiah Goldman Makes Rare Appearance, Looking To Best Runner-Up Finish From 2016

2018 Florida State Poker Championship
Event #9 | $1,100 No Limit Hold'em | $200,000 GTD
Level 4 (Blinds 200/300/300)
Total Flight 1D Entries: 51

Isaiah Goldman (Princeton, NJ) is usually a name that we see in the championship events (during these major series), but with a prize pool that resembles once of those tournaments, he's decided to put in an entry this afternoon.

Isaiah Goldman (Princeton, NJ) doesn't have a schedule that allows him much time for tournament poker, but when he does get the chance to play, he definitely makes the most of his time.  Case in point the year 2016, when Goldman finished runner-up in the Florida State Poker Championships Main Event, earning himself $97,936.  Just three months later, Goldman would return for the Isle Open Main Event, and once again finished in that second spot.  The result was worth almost exactly the same amount, as Isaiah walked away with $97,511.

Those results sit as his top two cashes to this day, and helped Goldman build a resume that now boasts over $242,000 in lifetime earnings.  Goldman currently shares the table with the likes of Albert
Barney and Ory Hen, and headlines the second look at notables in today's Flight 1D field:

Scott Zakheim
Nagui Yassa
Joel Duetsch
Andre Rakusa
Andreas Athanosopoulos
Marc Sacheli
Elliot Zaydman
