FSPC Event #9 (Flight 1D): Updated Chip Counts Before Dinner Break, Stephen Krackomberger Holds The Lead

2018 Florida State Poker Championship
Event #9 | $1,100 No Limit Hold'em | $200,000 GTD
Level 6 (Blinds 300/500/500)
Total Flight 1D Entries: 79

In order to cash in his first event in 2018, Stephen Krackomberger (Howell, NJ) needs to find himself a bag in this event...which he is on his way to doing, leading the field just before dinner break.

Entering Level 6, there aren't too many stacks across the field, as we are still waiting for the first player to eclipse the century mark.  Stephen Krackomberger (Howell, NJ) leads the field with 84,000, after getting off to a strong start, and continuing the upward trend.  Both Steve Karp and Elliot Zaydman won pots worth approximately 55,000 towards the end of Level 5.  Karp knocked out Dylan Drazen (holding A 2 on a board of A2♠ 4♠ 2♣ Q), while Zaydman flopped top set (K♠ K♣ on K 9 8), and would make a full house against Andre Rakusa (who held A Q♠).  Rakusa re-entered the flight, while it is still yet to be seen whether Drazen will be doing the same.

Players will be heading on their dinner break at the end of this level, which will last from 5:10pm-6:00pm.  Just a reminder, registration will be open through the entirety of this flight, with the tournament's prize pool now over $300,000.
