Level 15 (Blinds 2,000/4,000/4,000)

Nancy Birnbaum (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) was tweeting earlier, about making it to Day 2 of this event with her "poker wife" Carey Pickus, who is also still alive in the field.

Outside of Jeff Trudeau, one of the biggest movers over the day's first two levels has been Nancy Birnbaum (Ft. Lauderdale, FL).  Nancy started Day 2 with a stack of 158,000, and after two fulls levels of play, she now has close 330,000.  2018 has been a successful year for Birnbaum, who has over $54,000 in earnings, highlighted by a deep finish in the WPT Deepstack Immokalee (which was hosted at the Hard Rock in Hollywood, as the Immokalee poker room closed last November).  She earned $7,570 for her 18th place finish, but has the opportunity today, to best that top result of the year.  Birnbaum isn't a stranger to Isle Poker main event deep runs, having reached last year's Isle Poker Open $1,500 No Limit Hold'em Main Event final table.  She ended up finishing in 5th place, which was worth $25,852.
