FSPC Main Event (Day 3): Ian O'Hara Eliminated In 16th Place ($7,842)

2017 Florida State Poker Championships
Event 20 - $1,500 No Limit Hold'em ($500,000 GTD)
Level 23 (Blinds 12,000/24,000/4,000)
Total Entries: 548
Players Remaining: 15/548

Ian O'Hara (Boca Raton, FL) 16th Place $7,842

The action at Table 1 would fold around to Danny Shiff on the button, who would open the pot for a raise. Ian O'Hara (Boca Raton, FL) was in the small blind, and after a brief paused, announced that he was all-in.  Daryl Jace folded his big blind, and after Shiff got an exact count (770,000), he placed the chips forward for a call.

Ian turned over K♣ J, and was visibly surprised after he saw Danny table 3♠ 3♣.  The 10 6♠ 7♣ 4♠ 4♣ runout would be no help to O'Hara's hand, and he'd be the second player eliminated from Day 3 play (16th Place - $7,842).  While it surely wasn't the result Ian was looking for, he did get his first Isle Poker tournament cash since March of last year, and brings his career earnings north of $1,793,000.

Danny Shiff - 3,100,000
Ian O'Hara - 16th Place $7,842
