FSPC Main Event (Day 3): Ruberto Does It Yet Again, Sending Al Schein Home In 13th Place ($9,395)

2017 Florida State Poker Championships
Event 20 - $1,500 No Limit Hold'em ($500,000 GTD)
Level 23 (Blinds 12,000/24,000/4,000)
Total Entries: 548
Players Remaining: 12/548

Al Schein (North Miami, FL) 13th Place $9,395

Tony Ruberto would open the action at Table 3 to 60,000, with Al Schein calling from the cutoff, and both blinds coming along as well (Newman and Teitelbaum).  After the 9 8 6♠ flop, the blinds would check to Ruberto, who put out a bet of 155,000.  Al Schein then min-clicked it to 310,000, and after the blinds released their hands, Ruberto would three-bet shove (having Schein covered).  Al quickly made the call, and would be ahead with 9 6♠, against the Q10 of Ruberto.  The lead then flipped on the turn, after Tony made a flush with the 7.  Schein needed to fill up on the river, but would not be successful in doing so, becoming the third player Tony busted in a matter of twenty minutes.

Tony Ruberto - 3,300,000
Al Schein - 13th Place $9,395
