Jonathan Marcu (Coconut Creek, FL) entered the field just after break, and made a mention of never being featured, during the live blogged coverage. That's one way to get on the blog...but Marcu's play since he sat down has caught the attention of the media. In the hour since Marcu joined the action, he's more than tripled his starting stack, and vaulted up the leaderboard.
After a single cash in 2015, Marcu went close to three years without recorded another tournament result. Since May of this year, he's went on to cash in six events (recorded), totaling over $5,600 in earnings. Four of Jonathan's six lifetime results have come here at the Isle Poker Room, highlighted by a second place finish in a $250 No Limit Hold'em "Black Chip Bounty" ($1,916).
