Event #7 of the Isle Poker Classic has one opening day in the books, with the second to begin in just a few moments. The $1,100 No Limit Hold'em event attracted a total of (57) entries during Day 1A, of which (16) players successfully bagged chips for Monday's Day 2. Frederico Dabus (Doral, FL) led a group of notables when the bagging process began, packing away 208,000, and earning a few days off. Some other names to bag chips for Day 2 included: Isaiah Goldman (177,000), John Magnetta (160,000), Staffan Lind (156,000), and Dylan Malcomson (132,500).
A new group of players are prepared to start Day 1B, sitting down to starting stacks of 30,000 units. The levels throughout the day will be (40) minutes (Level 1-12), eventually transitioning to (50) minutes on Day 2 (Monday). Registration is open through the opening day's action, with the opportunity to enter until the first hand is dealt on Day 2.
