Isle Poker Classic Event #7 (Day 1B): Hunter Cichy Headlines The First Look At Notables In Day 1B Field

2018 Isle Poker Classic (Event #7)
$1,100 No Limit Hold'em Main Event
$200,000 GTD
Level 3 (Blinds 100/200/200)
Total Day 1B Entries: 27

Hunter Cichy (Coon Rapids, MN) is going to be a notable in most any tournament field, regardless of the number of events he is playing per year.

The Day 1B field is growing at a slightly slower pace than yesterday, but that hasn't stopped the notables from showing up.  Amongst the group of players we see on a frequent basis, is Hunter Cichy (Coon Rapids, MN), who is making one of his few appearances throughout the year.  Hunter has over $719,000 in lifetime earnings, highlighted by three six-figure scores.  One of those cashes came here at the Isle Poker Room, courtesy of Hunter's 3rd place finish in the 2015 Florida State Poker Championships Main Event ($1,500 No Limit Hold'em).  The "finish" was actually a three-way chop, in which Cichy was awarded third place money ($104,500).  Since 2015, when Hunter cashed for over $534,000, his tournament numbers (and volume) have decreased significantly.  Cichy's lone tournament cash this year came back in June, when he finished ninth in Event #3 of the WPT Deepstacks series at Tampa ($3,199).

Hunter headlines the first list of notables in today's Day 1B field, joining the likes of:

AJ Gambino
Paul Shafran
Harry O'Brien
William Beasley
Thomas Gari
John Costello
Ronald Levy
Stuart Greenbaum

Players will be taking their first break of the day at the end of this level, returning to Level 4, and new blinds of 200/300/300.
