Abbey Daniels (Coral Springs, FL)

After this 2017 Florida State Poker Championship series wraps up, there will be a handful of story lines to look back on.  One of the standouts is the success of the ladies this year, with Diane Linke (Delray Beach, FL) heading a nine-way chop of Event #7 ($360 No Limit Hold'em $200,000 GTD), a  deal that included three other women.  Nancy Thomas, Megan Endres, and Abbey Daniels all earned their respective share from the deal, with Daniels taking home $16,943.

Even though Abbey has over $600,000 in earnings, the cash she earned from Event #7 was the third largest of her career (a testament to consistency over time).  Daniels is well-known in the Florida community for her final table finish at the $10,000 No Limit Hold'em Championship Event during the 2011 SHRPO ($286,819).  Abbey is one of three ladies left in this Flight 1B, and happens to be doing the best of the trio:
