Isle Open Championship (Day 1B): The Beauty Of Tournament Poker, Levitt Is Back

2017 Isle Open | Event #21
$1,500 No Limit Hold'em Isle Open Championship| $500,000 GTD
Level 10 (Blinds 600/1,200/200)
Total Day 1B Entries: 108

Scott Levitt (Delray Beach, FL) had a moment of frustration earlier, but put that behind him, and is now flourished on his second attempt of the day.

"I'm going after Levy now," Scott Levitt said as we passed by his table, referencing Marc Levy, who was the chip leader from yesterday (Day 1A).  This is the same Scott Levitt who was left with crumbs, after losing a 150,000 pot to Juan Martinez, back in Level 7.  Levitt ended up busting that first attempt, but then re-entered shortly thereafter, and ended up grinding for a few levels.

His evening then turned around as play returned from dinner, going on rush that players dream of, and turning his 40,000 stack into over 200,000.  Levitt is now just a few thousand chips behind Juan Martinez, and looks to continue this upward trend over the final three levels of the night.

Scott Levitt - 204,000 (170bb)
