Yesterday's afternoon action ended abruptly for Rodney Moret-Rojas (Troy, MI), as his pocket aces were cracked by the pocket kings of Raminder Singh. Raminder went on to cash in the flight, while Rodney was left waiting for Flight 1C (last night's flight). Rojas was unsuccessful in bagging chips in that flight as well, and is now back in the field, taking another shot at finding a bag. This has been a breakout year for Rodney in regards to tournament poker, as he picked up his first WSOP Circuit ring, after winning the $365 No Limit Hold'em Monster Stack at Coconut Creek ($34,704). He might not be sporting the hardware at the table, but the result stands regardless, and highlights a resume that boasts $63,911 in earnings.
