FSPC Event #4 (Flight 1D): Things Are "Back To Normal" For David Coughlin, After Rough Event #4 Start

2018 Florida State Poker Championship
Event #4 | $360 No Limit Hold'em | $200,000 GTD
Level 11 (Blinds 800/1,600/1,600)
Total Flight 1D Entries: 132
Flight 1D Players Remaining: 39

David Coughlin (Lighthouse Point, FL) has to be feeling much better about today's Event #4 entry, after he was unable to gain any traction during Flight 1A.

Tournament success will always breed confidence, but it can also give a player the sense that things will just always run that same course.  After experiencing the highs of final tabling a major tournament (Event #1 of this series), David Coughlin quickly experienced the lesser side of variance.  His first entry in this tournament was just the opposite of his opening event run, as Coughlin would gain some steam, but quickly see things fizzle out.  Today's entry has been a totally different story, as it kind of resembles David's opening flight run from Event #1.  He's up to 120,000, and sits with close to double the chip average, as play creeps towards the money (still 23 eliminations away).

David Coughlin - 120,000 (75bb)
