FSPC Event 14 (Day 2): Adler Watches A Dirty Runout To Bust In 17th Place ($3,665), Reyes Follows Right After ($3,665)

2017 Florida State Poker Championships
Event 14 - $1,100 No Limit Hold'em ($150,000 GTD)
Level 21 (Blinds 5,000/10,000/1,000)
Total Entries: 279
Players Remaining: 15/279

Adam Adler (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) 17th Place - $3,665

There was a three-way all-in at Table 3, with Jose Reyes, Adam Adler, and TK Miles all very close in chips.  It doesn't happen often, but it was Adler with A♠ A♣, Reyes with K♠ K♣, and Miles with Q Q.  The board would runout 8♣ 5♠ J♣ 9♣ 10, giving Miles a winning straight on the river, and drawing a quick look of disbelief from Adler.  Reyes seemed just as disgusted with the scenario that unfolded, but he was still left with chips (just 10,000).  Adler was the shortest stack, and would be eliminated in 17th place, earning himself $3,665.  Miles chipped up to 500,000, with Reyes busting just a few hands later.

Jose Reyes (Boynton Beach, FL) 16th Place - $3,665
