Players are now one elimination from the money, as Setty Viralam was sent home by Noel Atherley, when Setty's 9♥ 9♠ couldn't hold against Noel's A♥ J♠ (on a K♠ Q♣ 8♥ 10♣ Q♠ runout).  Just a few hands later, Steve McKoy would be eliminated by James Salmon, as McKoy's 8♠ 8♣ ran into the A♦ A♣ of Salmon.  The remaining field was supposed to go on break in two minutes, but will wait until the bubble bursts to step away from the tables.  Play is now hand-for-hand, with two minutes removed from the clock after every hand played.

After the next elimination, everyone remaining afterwards will be assured at least $1,646, but all eyes are on the $44,916 first place prize.
