Rick Aaronson was content getting it all-in on the turn, holding top-and-bottom pair, especially when he saw that he'd be up against a smaller two-pair.

We were getting ready to tell blog followers to buckle their seatbelts, as it didn't look like we were going to be losing anyone for a while.  So much for that, as David Poces was eliminated just moments ago, at the hands of Rick Aaronson.  In a blind v. blind situation, Poces held J♦ 3♦ on a K♠ J♥ 7♣ 3♠ board, but was up against Rick's K♣ 3♣.  The river would bring the 3, giving both players the full house, but sending home Poces short of the money.  Aaronson chipped up to 240,000 with the pot, and is now in contention to bag the Flight 1B chip lead bonus.

The chip average heading into Level 15 is just over (25) big blinds, and with the lack of short stacks remaining, we could be looking at a long evening (to both reach the money, and the bagging process).
