FSPC Event #9 (Day 2): After A Short Delay, And Some Extra Entries, Day 2 Play Is Finally Underway

2018 Florida State Poker Championship
Event #9 | $1,100 No Limit Hold'em ($200,000 GTD)
Level 14 (Blinds 1,500/3,000/3,000)
Total Event #9 Entries: 341
Event #9 Players Remaining: 91

Adam Adler (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) started off the 2018 WSOP with a bang, recording the second six-figure tournament cash of his career.

There was an influx of players to take the "Day 2 buy-in" option, which caused a short delay in the start of play this afternoon.  One of those players to jump in just moments before play started was Adam Adler (Ft. Lauderdale, FL), who is coming off a career best tournament cash at the WSOP.  Adler finished runner-up to Elio Fox in the $10,000 No Limit Hold'em "Super Turbo Bounty" (Event #2), earning himself $242,323.  It was Adam's second ever six-figure score, and the first since the 2009 World Series Of Poker.

Adler was joined by (13) other players that wanted to take shot with the ten blind Day 2 starting stack, including names like:

Alex Turyansky
Raminder Singh
Francis Margaglione
Phillip Hui
Chad Eveslage
