FSPC Event #9 (Day 2): TK Miles Eliminated In 11th Place ($5,938), Event #9 Final Table Set

2018 Florida State Poker Championship
Event #9 | $1,100 No Limit Hold'em ($200,000 GTD)
Level 22 (Blinds 10,000/20,000/20,000)
Total Event #9 Entries: 341
Event #9 Players Remaining: 10

TK Miles (Tallahassee, FL) continues his great run (after a very solid summer), falling just one spot short of the Event #9 final table.

At Table 3, Raj Vohra would open the button with a raise to 50,000, which would elicit a fold from Erik Nomberg in the small blind.  TK Miles was in the big, and he would three-bet shove for close to 500,000, with Raj quickly making the call:

Vohra: A♠ K♠
Miles: A 6♣

Runout: A 8♠ 4 K♣ 9♠

Both players would flop a pair of aces, but Miles still needed to hit one of the three sixes remaining to steal the lead (or see running eights or fours to chop).  The king on the turn would leave TK drawing dead, as he would exit the table (and the tournament) in 11th place ($5,938).  The final ten players are now redrawing for seats, with updated final table lineup to follow.
